Organic, raw malt off aroma wet cloth, not to often you will find such repulsive beer aroma. Pale gold, small fizzy head, low subdued carbonation. Thin bodied, light, sweet. Not much at the finish.

Bottled 330ml. -as Blue Ice Beer Ice Filtered, brought by a friend from Hong Kong. Pale golden coloured, small white head, hint of malt and rice in the nose. Watery, rice and light caramel/cardboard taste with mild sweet finish. Not offensive just too watery. 5.0%

Bottle from Ogi, no idea where he got it. "Ice Filtered", 0.33l bottle, 5% alcohol. No info online on what had happened with the recipe, if that’s a new beer or whatever. It only says it’s distributed by the Hong Kong SM, absolutely no mention if somebody else is a brewer.

Anyway, it poured a golden body with lovely and lively carbonation. Lasting head. Sourish malty nose, some rice .Strange (yet seeing where it comes from, expected) smooth grainy, ricey crappy malty taste, some alcohol, sweet and dry. Nice mouthfeel, crappy taste.

Small white head quickly disappears. Clear coppery body. Light floral toffee aroma. Sweetish sugary paper taste. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft, slightly flat mouthfeel. After a while it feels coarse. Dryish cardboard and toffee aftertaste with herbal perfumy jasmine notes. Bland, but faintly unpleasant. (0.33l bottle, from Wellcome, Lohas Park, Hong Kong.)

33cl Can in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia. ABV is 5%. Clear pale golden colour, white head. Aroma is very light, a bit of rice, light malty. Flavour is almost absent, light malty, dry, rice. No off flavours, thus if drank cold this is a refreshing brew.

Hmm. Light yellow color. Thin white head. Tastes like blueberry. Is that why they call it blue ice? Sharp bite. Sweet berry finish with some hops. The berry taste if this beer is intriguing.

darker yellow colour with just a bit of very unattractive looking head. Aroma is of tin and alcohol with just a hint of syrup. Taste is very bland and watery lager stuff - some grains and that’s about it. There’s just nothing going on in this one.

Pull top can.. neat. Got this is Hong Kong and smuggled it back in my luggage. Not worth writing appearance or flavors. The cool thing about this beer is its one of the worlds worst European Strong Lagers. Still, its pretty decent. Nothing offensive, actually a bit sugary.. and it tastes way better than most ice beers in the USA.

Can. Pours a clear yellow gold body. Aroma is malt and sugar. The taste is smooth malt, but not offensive at all.

Good looking with a good head. Almost tasteless, very watery and with almost no aroma. This one was bought as a 640ml bootle in Hong Kong.
