What happened to my review of this?! Anyway, lightly tart, slightly grassy saison similar to HF Florence. Very tasty stuff.

Bottle thanks to WillRunForBeer. Hazy golden-yellow pour with a big white head that fades to a thin film and a messy ring. Aroma is great. Moderate brett, pineapple, dank hay, light strawberry, and lemon peel. Tastes awesome. Barnyard brett presence throughout while other flavors pop up here and there. Juicy pineapple, grapefruit, lemon peel, hay, dry oak and apple cider. Tart, dry cider-like finish. Great saison. One of the best I’ve had.

Taste is sour, fruity and funky with crackers, lemon juice, blood orange juice, lime juice, passion fruit, gooseberries, unripe mango, hay, dry soil, barnyard, minerals and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is crisp, dry, tart and light bodied. Finish is slightly sour, fruity and funky with crackers, blood orange juice, lemon juice, passion fruit, star fruit, hay, dry soil, gooseberries, barnyard, minerals and lemon zest. Fruity funky perfection! even at this age it’s marvelous!

Shared 750ml to snifters. Nice pop of the cork. Frisky golden yellow pour with a huge pillowy white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma of moderate funk and maybe some sweetness. Absolutely vibrant flavor of lemon and other sweet citrus deliciousness with just a wee funk in the middle. Amazing sweet fruity finish.
