Bottle in Glenwood Springs with my wife, courtesy of Lukaduke. Thanks!! Pour is hazy pink with a small white head and good lacing. Tangy, green apples, tart berries, some cheese, pears, and waxy aroma. Taste is stawberry skins, berries, lemony, some biscuit, pears, and vanilla with a lightly tart finish. Light body with high carbonation. Not bad but somewhat muted and may be past its prime.

Hazy ruby-tea, large bubbled white head clings to the glass. Stinging citric acid sourness in nose, plum rounds blueberry, light minerality with dusty cobbler notes. Fizzy body is very soda-like, front blurred by high co2, mid is blueberry skin sourness, stinging carbonation, lightly husky dough through the biting end. Bright but biting, sharp beer overall, sourness not an issue, thin body but well carbonated and jowls tingling from ultra high acid, citric, thin mineral qualities and a little green. Not enough grain to merit true berliner weisse, but nice fruit character and huge flavor for 2.9%.

Pour is completely transparent orangish ruby with a white head. Nose is slightly unripened plum, blueberries, creamy lacto and faint notes of grain. Taste is a bit less fruit, the plum is there, blueberries, light sourness, a bit thin in the flavor, lacto is lighter, high carbonation, light body, moderate acidity, soft body.

Taste is dry , fruity ( mostly the plum ) some dry-sugar feel but most def not sweet so i dont think there really is sugar in this . Bit funk , sour touch . Bottle. Poured a purplish / pinkish tinged body and head. Initial pour was clear and cloudy up. Fruity floaters. Berries, fruitiness, and some funk. Subtle in a nice way with a lighter tart finish.

Scopey 5K Tasting in deepest Croydonia. Thanks to Colin. Hazy pink - purple beer, small pink head! Palate is light and dry and a little crisp. Nice fruity blueberry blackcurrant does battle with sour cheesy yohgurty things. Finishes dry and crisp Skewed but not awful.

Nose is tarte berry fruits, sour tinges, lactic ring, tarte blueberries. Taste comprises summer berry sherbet, plummy, tarte blueberry, soured berries, more lactic tinges. Medium body, fine carbonation, crisp close. Solid stuff, good flavour profile for 2.9%, nice tartened berry licks.

Bottle shared at Scopey’s 5000th rate. Cheers to Colin. Pours bright pink with a sticky white head. Nose is candied cherry, very sweet raspberries and tarty plum. Touch sugar forward. Taste has a little more citric lemon zest feel to it, heavy sherbert, touch bubblegum with big and sweet red berries. Very spritzy feel to this. Ok
