Cask (gravity) - Norwich Beer Festival 2011. Medium sized bubbly lasting white head; clear golden orange body. Zesty, crisp & juicy US hop profile - lemon, grapefruit, peach & tangerine. Not as juicy or crisp on the tongue & slightly toastier but each of the aforementioned characteristics remain in place. Medium body, lingerin hop finish, mostly soft mouthfeel, quite firm & rounded on the tongue.

Keg, 6% at Lyric Soho. It pours hazy pale golden with a medium white head. The nose is straw, spice, grass, floral, white grape, tangerine and mango. The taste is crisp, floral, straw, grass, mandarin, clementine, nice bitterness and orange sherbet with a crisp, bitter finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Crisp, well-balanced and highly drinkable. Works better on keg than cask for me. Really rather delicious.

Aroma: Caramel and citrus.
Appearance: Hazy pale golden body with a thin white head that quickly fades. Very light carbonation. No lacing.
Taste: Fruity and quite sweet. Flavours of lime, flowers, sticky pine resin and caramel.
Palate: Thin to medium body with an oily texture. Average carbonation.
Overall: Iíd like this to be even hoppier but itís still a decent strong Pale Ale.

Bottle from BeerBods (500ml). A lovely woody after taste, medium bitterness, lightly sour, slick feel, and with soft carbonation. Particularly enjoyable (especially given the warm weather) and, as the official description says, it is deceptively quaffable!

Cask at the Craft. Clear gold beer, tidy white head. Smooth palate with mild fine carbonation. A little creamy malt supports really good hops. Lovely tangy orange and tangerine with glorious tropical fruits, peach and mango and others, even some red berries. Really nice mix of hop flavours. Finsihes semi dry. Infinity was my new Blue Monkey high just a few mins ago but Iím knocked sideways by this - great stuff!

Bottle. Gold colour. Smell of alpha acid (just like an IIPA in my view). Big hop acid bite with some citrus there too. Nice.
