FACT: Infinity is named after the ‘Infinite Monkey Theorem’, which states that a monkey hitting keys at random on a typewriter for an infinite amount of time will eventually type the complete works of Shakespeare!

BBE 08/2013 - Pours golden orange with a large foamy head. Aroma of citrusy hops, lemon, grapefruit and grass. UPDATED: FEB 4, 2013 Cask conditioned handpump Swan & Rushes Leicester 21/11/12. A golden beer with a whitish head and lace. Lovely citra hops throughout. Juuicy and tropical with a hint of natural sweetness. Fresh flavours. Sharp citrus in the nose. a bit of a bitter sting joins it in the mouth. A good depth of flavour. Lovely. Score 3.8

Cask at the Twickenham Beer Festival 2012. Straw with white head; the aroma is full of American hops; the body is quite thin, but the hops come through rather well, providing citrus and pine resin flavours; and a drying finish. More an APA than a Golden Ale in my opinion.

Gravity dispense at the twelfth Twickenham Beer Festival - 18/10/12. Hazy mid golden with a moderately sized frothy white head. Great hoppy nose with some sweet grapefruit, apricot jam and citrus tones. Caramel malt taste, orange, light grapefruit and hops. Medium bodied with a bitter finish. Great little hoppy number!
