3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle from The Real Ale Shop Newark. Clear pale gold thin layer of white bubbles. Perfect end of evening beer for me. Looks ok to good. Interesting aroma of yeast hops and an almost dirty woodiness but in a good way. Then a brittle light fruityness in the mouth and a spritely spritzy finish. All going on in a 3.6% beer. Lovley, lemon lime and apricot and peach. Just bright and happy. Itís a happy beer. Just so bright and sparkly in its personality. Lovely. Made me smile.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Cask - Pours golden thick creamy white head, very good lacing and retention. Aroma is tropical fruits, orange and some sourness, although took a while to get anything from the aroma. Taste is fruity, citrus and grapefruit, with a medium sweetness and a long bitter finish. Quite nice and light.

2.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Refreshing light amber ale with a full white head: hand-pulled pint in The Pheasant, Wellington on 30th May 2014. Slight aroma of fruitiness, but nothing much at all. Nice blend of flavours with the malts just about winning over the hops for the sweetness and bitterness stakes. Not a lot going on, but a pleasant enough beer: I chose it because I was driving.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Cask at the Bishop Vesey; this beer manages to achieve a zero smell and an insipid taste, flavour does consist of boiled vegetables, on the plus size it does have an appearance of light amber with a thin white head.
