Cask, handpump at The Sportsman, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire 23.04.11 Pours amber with a white head. Good hoppiness, tasty beer although another beer that is overshadowed by the Mallinsons Light Fandango and Summer Wine Nerotype Columbus and to be fair you can rarely say that about Blue Monkey beers. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.4

Cask, gravity, at the Pig ’n’ Falcon, St Neots, Cambridgeshire. Amber with a small white head. Earthy malt aroma with a trace of vinegar and some cereal developing in the background. Rich, sweet, leathery, composty malt flavour with a hint of Marmite. Sharp bitter finish. Excellent.
