Bottle, cannot believe I haven’t rated this before. Pours with a cloudy orange to white body and a small fizzy white head that fades. Aroma is citrus and a bit of spice. Taste is very watery and wheaty with light orange peel and spice. Fizzy and dry.

Bottle. Pours a hazy orange gold with a short lived head. Smells sweet and fruity with a hint of spice and sewage...yeah, i think it’s sewage. Taste is light with a bit of hops, orange peel, and sewage. Ohhhhhh, it’s a coors product, yeah thats why. After a few sips, I just can’t get myself to finish it. So instead of sewer-water, coors made us some unfiltered, spiced sewer water. A fine macro-craft will rejoin the sewer tonight.

Pours hazy orange-gold. Has light citrus/lemon aroma and a hint of actual Belgian yeast. Flavor is sweet citrus, yeasty banana with creamy mouthfeel. Starts spicy but finishes sweet. Better than I remembered, still not equal to a true Belgian.

Bottle from Sainsburys. Cloudy orange in colour with a slight white head. Thin aroma of grain, oranges and yeast. Flavour was rather malty, with some more orange fruit, indeterminate spicing and short dry finish. Forgettable.

I love Blue Moon. At first I thought it was hokey to have a beer with an orange slice, but gave it a try and fell in love with it. It’s not a Rolls Royce, but definitely a Cadillac.
