Brewed with oats for creaminess and spiced with the perfect combination of orange peel and coriander.
An unfiltered wheat ale spiced in the Belgian tradition for an uncommonly smooth taste.

Had this on tap so Iím sure itís better than bottled. Hazy straw color. Ok head, full citrusy/orange and coriander nose. Start was pretty citrusy with coriander and mild peaches, very smooth tho the finish was a bit dull. Great summer beer.

Pours yellow/gold. It smells like faint berries, it had a blueberry floral taste to me. I donít exactly like this flavor, but it wasnít too bad.

Pale straw colored, appropriately cloudy, dazzling white cap of foam. Leaves no lacing; the foam slumps down the sides of the glass to beer level. Mild aromas of sulfury phenol, fresh hay, citrus zest, violets and sweet/sharp coriander. Mild flavor as well, tastes like Grape Nuts cereal with whispers of PineSol, potpourri, and baby aspirin. Interesting palate: light, crisp, and effervescent, slightly tart and oily at the same time. Clean finish, vague aftertaste of peaches, ginger, and flowers. Ok wit, if a little dull.

Fresh taste, hints of orange and pollen. Decent beer for its style, but falls short of remarkable.

1st white beer I can remember having. The mildlyunderstated wheat allowed the fruitiness to come thru quite nicely. I enjoyed this beer.

I really enjoyed this. It wowed me and was unlike anything Iíve had before (have not tried any Belgians). Floral and berry aroma with strawberry-type taste in the body. Nice wheat taste too.

a extremely well made beer for a macro owned brewery. The wheat and fruity aroma is mild, and it adds to the overall flavor, which is mostly fruit, citrus. The feel of the beer in the mouth is silk wheat, very smooth but just has the wheat bread feel.

Bottle. Nice white head on a hazy yellow body. Nice fruity aroma. Taste is a mix of fuirt and spice with a hint of citrus. Rather complex and interesting. Also, noted sediment on the bottom of the bottle indicating that it was not filtered......nice
