Brewed with oats for creaminess and spiced with the perfect combination of orange peel and coriander.
An unfiltered wheat ale spiced in the Belgian tradition for an uncommonly smooth taste.

Editor’s Note: Much of this beer’s production now comes from the Molson brewery in Toronto. A small portion of Denver draught production comes from the SandLot brewery. Still other product may continue to hail from Golden. 7/19/08.

UPDATED: APR 18, 2014 I’m going to keep this short and sweet. Lately this has been my go-to beer when it comes to sports bars, eating bbq, etc. It’s the perfect cheap session beer. Nice honey, orange taste with a sweet malty finish. Nothing mind-blowing but not bad for the price and being such a mass produced beer. Yes, I’m doing this review under the influence of several of these.

Delicious white wheat-beer, belgian-style, with light body but wonderful orange+coriander taste and a delightful aroma! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft at Cruiseport. Pours orange with a white head. Aroma is clove, caramel, cracker. Flavor is white bread, mild banana, clove. Least objectionable beer on tap.

Bland overall, nothing that stands out. Not a beer I would actively hunt to have on hand.

Slid flagship beer. One of the original craft beers I had back in the day. Can never go wrong with one of these ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12oz in Seattle. Hazed light gold, small white head. Macro sweet aroma, rather typical wit spicing. Banana cream, smooth body, sweet and bright. Metallic fruit aftertaste. No thanks

Bottle. Hazy pale orange pour with next to no head. Aroma has quite a lot of yeast plus a hint of citrus. Taste is flat and uninspiring. Low carbonation

Very old backlog rating. 12oz bottle in Philly. It pours a clean straw color with medium white head. Aroma is wheat, grains, grass, citrus. Taste is middle crispy, lightly grainy and grassy. Notes of cereals and citrus. Fairly simple and inoffensive

I was at a gas station, and in the mood for something not completely shitty. So, for the extra 4/5 dollars 12 pack, I grabbed something light yet tasty. But I wouldn’t dare add a slice of orange to it. Beer. Doesn’t. Need. Fruit. (Looking at you Corona..take a lesson from Landshark)
