Poured a glowing orange/straw haze, light passes easily through it. Smell is a smooth scent of lemon and some clove hints. Wheat is dominant with a little sweetness and clove is slight. The wheat notes did linger on and on. The finish was lemony and the aftertaste was yeasty. It went down quite fast. For a macro it’s not bad, it’s a good substitute for a pilsner on a hot day. My bartender suggested adding a shot of orange juice to the pint and make it a nice shandy. Hmm...I’ll let you know.

Delicious. Bottle poured into pilsner glass. Slightly hazy light orange color/golden color. Medium head that fades quickly, and leaves small lace. Wonderful wheat scent with an orange presence. Tastes of oats, wheat, and orange zest. The wonderful thing is that the orange doesn’t overpower the brew, as it does in other orange beers such as Leinenkugels Orange Shandy. (Which is also fantastic)

At my office party cuz ticks are ticks.
A: Cloudy orange with a ring of white head. Some lacing
N: Heavy barley, orange zest, grain, coriander. Fruity. Not bad.
T: Bland fruit and an overage of grain. Not sweet or bitter. Not sure how they pulled that off.
M: Light with chalk.
O: A far cry from worthy. This is very one note with a whole lot of eh. Oh well. Free!

I love this stuff, especially on tap. Refreshing for me winter or summer. I always ask when I am out for Blue Moon but not everyone has it. :(
