2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
12 ounce bottle. Blackberry Tart, really? If they want me to compare this to Raspberry Tart, theyíre going to be pretty dismayed. Pours a dark copper color with a medium sized foamy white head. Decent head retention. Aroma of tart berries with a bit of caramel. The taste is tart fruits with a mild bit of cocoa. Thin-medium bodied.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Notes from shared bottle at Craft. Copper toward magenta pour. Some blackberry, caramel malt, in the nose, medium to light palate heft and complexity. OK, not great.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Sample from a bottle, shared by Kevin during a game of Kings. Best by Sep/16/13. Clear amber red color. Good thin off-white head. Just a couple loose bits of lace. Medium body. Kind of smooth, lightly soft carbonation. Lightly dry finish. Barely tart at all. Mostly just sweet. Blackberry aroma, kind of artificial tasting, more blackberry flavoring than other beer flavors. Not horrible, nothing good about it though, really. Was excited because of "tart". But itís not tart. Just your typical BMC fruit beer.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
12 ounce bottle. Pours a clear ruby color with a small white head. A light sugary berry nose. Light dark toffee and chocolate malts, odd berries, almost like overripe sugary flavors. Not very natural. Yeasty. Bizzare brew really. Somewhat drinkable. Tastes a bit like glue flavored with berries.
