downender (2538), Bristol, Gloucestershire, England Apr 9, 2009 Bottle from Sainsburys. Cloudy orange in colour with a slight white head. Thin aroma of grain, oranges and yeast. Flavour was rather malty, with some more orange fruit, indeterminate spicing and short dry finish. Forgettable. IMTank (13), , Ohio, USA Apr 9, 2009 I love Blue Moon. At first I thought it was hokey to have a beer with an orange slice, but gave it a try and fell in love with it. It’s not a Rolls Royce, but definitely a Cadillac. Badabing (21), West Virginia, USA Apr 4, 2009 Updated: May 15, 2009Love this beer. Wheat ales are my favorite ales. Draft or bottle both are great. I nice beer for grilling out. Goes great with hot wings. weaselkenievil (738), Cheshire, England Apr 4, 2009 Avoided this in my local supermarket for months because of it’s obvious massive manchester bitter city connections. It wasn’t that bad but I’d never regularly buy anything connected with that shower of shite. Murky light brown orange. Interesting flavour which wasn’t that bad, the usual fruit avalanche. Meh, not that offensive but poor for a variety of reasons. maeib (4683), Wootton, Northampton, Northamptonshire, England Apr 3, 2009 Bottled A hazy light brown coloured beer with a white head. The aroma has good spices: coriander and curacao which is nicely orangey. The taste is similar. Again nicely spicy and refreshing. A good finish. Authentic Belgian wit.
aaronhaywood (74), Kansas City, Missouri, USA Apr 3, 2009 Somewhat girly. Fruity but still pretty tasty. Doesn’t completely drown out the beer taste. Not my favorite but don’t hate it. shawnm213 (884), South Bend, Indiana, USA Mar 31, 2009 creamy sweet. doesn’t taste much like beer. A nice gateway beer for non beer drinkers since it tastes like juice, especially with a bunch of fruit pieces dumped in it.
