Cloudy orange gold pour with a very lacey head. Scent of citrus and taste of correander and orange as expected. Definately a Wit Beer. Not a bad one at that. Very drinkable. Between a Mill Street Wit and a Hoegaarden to me.

Murky orange with a white head. Sweet slightly gluey taste with some grainy background. Taste has a little citrus at the beginning and some soapy dryness at the end. The rest is sweety oaty biscuit. It has some redeeming features. For instance, it quenches your thirst if you drink it cold and very fast.

Lightly peppery, gentle citrus nose. Pours orange and cloudy. Flavour is not great - a bit cloying and a bit too soft drinky. Finish spreads out into dirty socks and dishwater that used orange scented washing up liquid. Disappointing.

I sampled this brew a number of times when in Las Vegas. It purports to be a "Belgian White", but is clearly a poor American imitation. It looks vaguely right with a frothy head and cloud appearance, but that’s where the resemblance to a Belgian White ends. As per comments below, it is very soapy. It is overly sweet and citrusy in a fake way. The Americans should stick to the Pale Ales, which they do well and leave this sort of thing to the Belgians and Germans.

Drank straight from the bottle, which was stupid of me since I tried to make myself start pouring all beers I drink into a glass for the sake of ratings, but eh. When I opened it there was a cool cloudiness to it, almost as if there were a little smoke in the bottle. Very foamy, not bitter which is good, but it didn’t have a great taste to it. Kind of like soapy bread water. It was smooth though, great mouthfeel. Smells of citrus and soap. Not amazing, but not terrible. Has a good ABV though so if you don’t like it but its around you can drink it fast and start feeling good. As far as finding an enjoyable beer, I’d say keep searching.

Had this beer before, but never paid much attention to what was going on. Poured an enourmous white head. Straw-colored, cloudy. The bottle suggests orange peel and coriander as ingredients. The coriander is obvious in the nose, but you have to search for the orange peel. Eventually, your nose will find it. No lacing, but very smooth mouthfeel. No bitter aftertaste, just the taste of sweet wheat. Very easy drinking.

I was in the grocery store the other day trying to pick out a liquor because my girlfriend only really drinks liquors when I overheard a couple in the next aisle bickering about what beer to get. The guy was trying to buy some coors or something, but the girl said that Blue Moon was the best beer in the world. I then blacked out. I was told I made a bit of a scene making stabbing motions into my chest. I’ve heard the argument that this beer is a "gateway" into better beer. It doesn’t matter. This is not a good beer by any means. What little flavor it has is soapy.

I’ve had this on tap and in bottles a million times. Cloudy orange-grey body with a thin off white head. Orange rind, and citrus zest and soap aromas. More soapy lemon and orange with a nice wheat body and a good finish.
