iabeerguy (158), Iowa, USA Oct 4, 2009 "A really enjoyable beer. This beer pours an orange/golden color with a thick white head. Aromas of citrus and wheat. Goes down smooth, serve with a slice of orange and enjoy. yobdoog (1426), Woodridge NY, New York, USA Sep 29, 2009 I like to just eat that orange the bartenders always so proudly grace my glass with. I don’t like the fruit in the beer. On tap this seems to be thicker and more cloudy with a touch more flavor. Lots of wheat, some citrus, sweet and not awful. Simple jport4087 (73), Pennsylvania, USA Sep 27, 2009 Pours a hazy yellowish color. Head disappears quickly. Mild Citrus and floral taste and aroma. This was my first Belgian white beer and while it’s not the best out there, It sparked in interest for me to try many others in the style. NathanJM (30), Saint Paul, Minnesota, USA Sep 26, 2009 This is one definitely better on tap than bottled. And skip the orange -- it destroys the balance. To me, this is a pleasant white ale that is simple and cozy. Smooth flavor with citrus zest and coriander on the tongue. Fairly short finish and much better cold than warm. A perfect relax beer for any time of year when you just want to come home, collapse, and not think too much. If you’re not in the mood for the strong flavors of the IPA, Stout, or Porter, reach over for one of these. fidel (885), Livermore, California, USA Sep 19, 2009 Poured hazy golden yellow, simple, sweet, citrus, little grainy, little yeasty, little spice. kaladims (13), Texas, USA Sep 17, 2009 tried it with an orange wedge i really enjoyed it has nice orange color went well with hot wings after4ever (2711), Brier, Washington, USA Sep 15, 2009 12-oz. Pours a murky medium toffeeish amber. Loose scattering of fizzy little bubble clusters but mostly headless. Laceless and legless to be sure. Mild, slightly sweaty coriander and toast nose. Creamy, medium, flat body. Cloying orangey sweet mid-palate. Not much complexity here, and not a lot of what flavor there is. Cloying, aspartame-y finish. Fratto (670), Arlington, Texas, USA Sep 13, 2009 I was unimpressed with this as a wheat and in general. Strange thing is that I really enjoy all the Blue Moon seasonals.
