Probably the best of the big 3 beers I have had. Head is a foamy white and when poured into a Weizen glass the appearance is absolutely amazing, with slight goldish/hazy yellow coloring throughout. I have had this beer on tap, which is delicious, and from the bottle, which is also very good, but not quite as good as on tap. It is almost always served with an orange, which I detest, but is simple enough to have them bring it out naked. Taste is a thick bready/light citrus that goes smoothly down the gullet.

Ive been a fan of BM for a while, only recently have I recognized the simplicity of this brew. Overall great taste...especially being an American brewed beer. Credit to Coors. brewing company to come up with a clever marketing strategy to distinguish this brew from the usual big 3 offerings.

12 oz bottle. After Ommegang’s Witte, I thought this one would pale in comparison. After all, this is mass-produced. I was pleasantly surprised to find it tasting more authentically Belgian than Ommegang. My overall impression of Blue Moon is surprisingly higher. The one thing that brought this beer down in score is the aroma. I detected none. Blue Moon is one of the greatest craft beers brewed by the big three (Bud, Coors, Miller).

On draft, this pours a golden orange with a foamy white head. Aroma of orange, wheat and spice. Nice refreshing taste of citrus with some hops, spice and grasses. Certainly not the best White I have ever had but solid enough to drink on a hot day and you need a refreshing beer to take the edge off.

I just got back from drinking wheat ales from germany so I may be biased when I say that this is one bland beer.

Smooth and hazy pour. Has the flavor of citrus and orange. Refreshing when everything else ran out.

On tap. Pours an orange-light brown color. Smells of some fruits, as well as some yeast. Added orange gives it a nice taste. Very drinkable beer.
