Aroma: Very sweet almost candy like not of raisin and bread Appearance: Bright copper, orange when heald to light, Tan head Taste: They are not kidding about the Caramel Apple strong notes of both along with raisin, and Cinnamon very sweet. Palate: Nice eporvencence, a touch thin. Overall: Some may call it gimmicky or lacking tradition, those people are right. But at lest it is far off the beaten path with this almost candy like brew

Very good, spiced and quite nice. Features just good. Not too thick and still enjoyable all time.

Left in my fridge after a party. Pours mostly clear amber with with nice beige head, lace. Smell is the familiar blue moon underlying yeast profile with cinnamin, baked apple, lots of caramel malt. Taste is thick bready yeast, touch fruity, medium spiced. One of the better blue moon brews I have had.

Meh....lean...clear...nothing much going on....no infection obviously from a big pasteurized manipufacturer. Better than Coors light.

bottle. Poured clear medium amber with a moderate frothy beige head. Spicy malt aroma. Medium body, actively carbonated, crisp mouthfeel with a warming finish, a bit astringent. Roasted malt flavour, caramel notes with some nutmeg spice. A nice winter warmer.

Bottle:   Amber with a bright copper hue, thin frothy white head, little lacing.   Has a soft cinnamon apple spice to the nose, but very soft... too soft.   Soft malty start, touch of cinnamon, apple spice (like a candle), and very pale breadiness.   This one is the softest out of all the winter Blue Moons.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Perhaps a touch of apple cider on the finish, with a touch of nutmeg or cinnamon in it.   Very soft example.   Wished it had more caramel sweetness and body to it.   Uneventful.

Pour out of 12 oz bottle, clear orange pour with white head, aroma brought notes of caramel, toffee, slight vanilla, honey, hints of earth, slight green apple. Taste is a mix of green apple, earth, caramel, vanilla, finishing fairly sweet.

as far as the herb spice beer catagory goes this is christmas in a bottle. a lot of spice aroma and multiple spices on the palate. i get a hint of the caramel and apple. but take this for what it is a seasonal spice beer and personal preference is key to enjoyment. i like it but no wonder i love pumpkin spice lattes too.

Bottled. Browned orange in color with a medium sized dark tan head that is mostly diminishing. Stale bread, caramels and slightly sour apples in the aroma - none of which is particularly strong - with a decent amount of cinnamon and nutmeg. Flavor is of light rye bread, dried straw, light baking spices, toffee. There certainly isn’t much in the way of apple flavors. Not a bad beer, the spices are subtle yet balanced, yet it suffers from the grainy, adjuncty twang found in so many of the Blue Moon specialty beers.
