Bottle. Clear caramel with a beige head. Smells only what I imagine SNL's autumn's Eve feminine deodorant product could be. Potpourri and allspice garbage. Only plus is the flavor is not as potent as the aroma.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
A good beer, wish it had a little more ginger kick too it. Pours a light brown/mahogany color. I was expected more from Blue Moon.

I was really hoping for more of a gingerbread flavor. Not too much, could have used much more spice. A bit malty, some caramel. That’s about it.

Mace and cinnamon. Gingerbread taste. Spicy finish with abrupt bitterness. Not bad but too simple.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours reddish amber, slight off white head, no lacing. Aroma of molasses, ginger, cinnamon, caramel, dark bread, earth. Has a good balance of sweet and bitter, a decent spiced amber ale, goes down easy. Does taste a bit like spiced gingerbread while still mainly tasting like an amber ale. Didn’t have any off flavors, overall pretty smooth and tasty.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Blue Moon Gingerbread Spiced Ale has a thin, off-white head, a mostly clear, rust-brown appearance, and no lacing left behind. The aroma is of all-spice, brown bread, and some subdued spices. Taste is of sweetness, spices, brown bread, and low bitterness. Mouthfeel is light to medium, and Blue Moon Gingerbread Spiced Ale finishes semi-dry and easy drinking. RJT

2.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
Pours a nice clear coppery penny with a small ring of off white head. Malty molassses cinnamon sugary aroma and flavor. Moderately sweet with enough hops in the finish to keep it very drinkable. A rise in carbonation at the tail end delivery’s earthy spices to the tongue, settling into a long, slightly metallic finish. Well done.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Clear copper ale with a spiced aroma. The taste is heavy spiced with a slight sweetness from the molases. The spices overwhelm the finish.
