Tallahassee, Fl - Sidecar Gastropub - on tap. Slightly murky, medium golden pour, soft snow white head. Slight gingerbread aroma, hint of cinnamon. Flavor has some gingerbread notes, some sweet bread notes, a hint of cinnamon. Clean, even mouthfeel. Not bad.

Clear, tawny brew with a filmy ivory head. Cinnamon aroma. Dry, cinnamon and ginger flavor over toast. On tap, Sidecar Gastropub.

commonmac (414) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - DEC 22, 2014
Tap at Old Chicago. Darker red, nearly brown ale. Minimal head. Spices at the forefront... cloves, ginger, maybe some of the leftover pumpkin beer spices. Taste is not powerful. Mild flavor... again kind of like leftover pumpkin beer remnants. Tastes relatively like imitation gingerbread. This would probably even ruin Christmas for Tiny Tim. Bah humbug.

bennetporter (59) - East Falmouth, Massachusetts, USA - DEC 19, 2014
Pours from a bottle a light copper. Sort of a flat, one-dimensional spiciness, not much ginger that I can detect, certainly not anything like gingerbread. A disappointment.

Pours a clear and dark amber. Has a faint malty and light ginger aroma. A sweet malt taste with ginger and winter spices which linger.

bottled - not bad. Nice deep amber color. Tastes like a lesser quality version of Anchor Christmas Ale

Bland taste. Ginger kick at the finish. Decent beer but nothing above anything other than average. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Medium-copper color, almost no head. Gingerbread (ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg) and cola aromas. Lighter bodied than expected. Slightly slick mouthfeel.

Bottle from Wegmans. Copper pour, gingerbread, molasses, and malt in the nose, tastes like a ginger snap in liquid form but not quite as sweet, but with that ginger snap on your eager tongue.

Brown in color. This beer has a cinnamon tastes and aroma. Not bad. Nice to have something different once in a while.
