3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
bottle - Clear amber pour, one finger head... it smells of caramel and spice. The flavor is of sweet caramel malt, spice, ginger... yeah, it’s pretty much what it says it is though I found the execution not much more than decent.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Lager Glass. Odors of gingerbread and spices. Pours clear amber with some head. A pretty good winter beer. The malty mouth feel and the gingerbread go together nicely.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Hazy brownish orange pour with slight very short lasting one finger head. Aroma is of spice, a bit of molasses and hints of christmas. Taste is moderately sweet with a spicy finish but an overall weak body and palate. Decent beer but nothing special

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Well, it tastes like gingerbread, alright. It’s too fizzy and it’s a strange concept but I don’t dislike it as strongly as some of Blue Moon’s other offerings. The balance and flavor are passable. Too bad it’s really not my thing and the execution is imperfect.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Pours a clear orangish amber with an off-white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice gingerbread note to it with a decent amount of molasses and bread underlying. Flavor is a bit more subdued with a nice gingerbread note backed by molasses and some sweet grains.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Not bad offering from everyone’s favorite crafty brewer that was left in my fridge by a friend attending a party. Pours a light medium clear brown with almost no head. Scent is nutmeg and holiday spice. Flavor starts just a touch bitter then races to a sweet spiced finish. Spilled beer while writing this review. Not a huge loss. Bottle - Source Unknown

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
12-oz. bottle, poured in tumbler. Medium amber color, minimal head. Not too sweet. A fair, easy drinking seasonal brew.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
12 ounce bottle. Pours a clear amber color with a medium sized fizzy tan head. Poor head retention. Aroma of big ginger and other spices. The taste is spices and earthy notes. Thin bodied, watery, lingering spice, low carbonation. Gingerbread “spice” is right. There is no hint here of breadiness or any balance really. Meh.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle:   Fiery amber, small sudsy sandy head, little lacing.   Gingerbread like cookies on the nose, and some cinnamon and nutmeg.   Soft spices up front, clean, gingerbread, cinnamon, and nutmeg.   Pretty simple beer.   Could alsmost pass as a Pumpkin beer.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Soft spicy finish.   Pedestrian, but at least it has spices that last from start to finish.   Decent.

Spicy aroma of allspice no head, dark amber colour. Overwhelming spicy taste and a spicy palate.
