WakeandBake (422), Greenville, Michigan, USA Aug 16, 2008 Not as much flavor as I had expected, I love Blue Moon but will not buy this again, I found nothing aginst this beer, just very little flavor for the $ tarheels86 (703), Washington DC, USA Aug 15, 2008 One of the worst beers I’ve ever tried that was not out of a can at a party.Completely flat and void of any good characteristics. Aroma was that of old Bud Light or Natural Light left over from the night before in a Silo cup. Honey taste was absent. Orange and lemon is added I’m guessing to mask the poor qualities of the fundamental brew. I actually had to pour the glass out after taking a few sips. Save yourselves the frustration and stick with regular, fantastic Blue Moon. Sandman2222 (42), Florida, USA Aug 13, 2008 Seems like Coors took blue moon, added a little drop of honey to the batch, and bottled it. Not a bad brew, though, there wasn’t enough taste to hold me with the beer. meisterbrauMHB (53), Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA Aug 12, 2008 Some hints of orange flavor but I was left wanting a little more in that department. Is a good beer, just not a great one....... yet.
colts9016 (198), Idaho, USA Aug 11, 2008 Pour slightly cloudy yellow color
Nose: Orange, lemon, wheat and hints of honey.
Taste: wheat with a hint of honey, there on the back end was lemon and orange a bit flat.
Overall it was an okay beer, there could be more flavor than what was there. Was left wanting more. maugus4ever (121), Winston-Salem, North Carolina, USA Aug 11, 2008 Not something I would get again. Left me wanting more flavor, whether it was honey, orange peel, etc. This beer simply lacked the flavors it claimed to have in the commercial description, leaving me disappointed although I already had fairly low expectations. msiano (30), Belmar, New Jersey, USA Aug 11, 2008 I can’t think of anything nice to say about this beer. poured with to much head and asted kinda sour. oh well maybe next time rader58 (164), Leawood, Kansas, USA Aug 8, 2008 pours a slightly cloudy light yellow. Large white head. A sweet initial flavor with a crisp citrus finish.
