Haslinger (640), Syracuse, New York, USA Dec 2, 2007 Great summer beer. Golden appearance tastes like sweet honey. Reminds me of a bad breakfast cereal with all the fake honey taste. troyc (1173), Lubbock, Texas, USA Nov 30, 2007 (Bottle) Pours a yellow color with a small white head. Light sweet corn aroma and a little bit of wheat. Taste is sweet, with distinct honey notes. Crisp and mild, but lacking a lot of flavor and depth that would make this beer better. DuffMan (2719), the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, Canada Nov 28, 2007 Standard macro golden lager appearance, low grainy aroma, on the sweet side. Sweet bland pale malt palate. To me there was nothing wheaty about this beer-- it came across as a sweeter-than-average lager. Pass. DocLock (4648), Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA Nov 27, 2007 Pale gold, with aroma of pale malt, some orange zest, mild hops, and some spice. Light palate heft, with a decent mix of pale malt, mild honey, citrus, and hops. 5000 (2409), Hardened Liver, Washington, USA Nov 9, 2007 Draught @ TGIF in Colorado Springs: Pale golden, small white head, spotty lacing, strong carbonation.   Pale wheat malt nose,
hints of honey.   Not getting much orange peel or citrus.   Oh my, loads of honey on the tongue.   Everything takes a back seat
to the honey.   Unfortunately while the honey tastes somewhat real, it just seems too artificial and unbalanced.   Just too much.
Too sweet for a wheat ale.   The wheat aspect is very minor.   Average body and mouthfeel.   Sweet honeyish finish.
Less honey and more wheaty aspect please!
clueo (112), Pennsylvania, USA Nov 8, 2007 A much smaller head and less milky than origninal. Not a bad beer but as far as Summer beers go I prefer the original with an orange. Funknmilla (577), Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, USA Nov 6, 2007 2007 bottle...Cloudy orange body with creamy fluffy, off-white head....smells like an ordinary brew , an ordinary blue moon....orange zest and a smidge of honey...pretty plain, but very refreshing...honey finish, very delicate....creamy and bubbly in the mouth....easy going, quite palatable...cool on the throat....reminds me for a second of dogfish head Chateau Jiahu, a second mind you tjpasley79 (29), Omaha, Nebraska, USA Nov 2, 2007 For a summer brew, this was fairly nice. Light with not much head, taste was sweet and light, but not overpowering. The finish was OK, but not something that made me think I needed more. For those hot days when you have a few bucks, this works well.
