More metallic, more adjuncty it seems - not a surprise given the brewery and country. Good for summer drinking when you’re at ease and not in the mood to be challenged. I guess I noticed the touch of "honey." jefcon (998), Arlington, Virginia, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Aug 16, 2009 A gentle beer, very drinkable. Honey notes aren’t sticky sweet and the beer isn’t cloying. On the other side of the equation, the beer is mild throughout. Besides some aggressive citrus on the nose, it lacks some of the flavors that ought to pull the honey out of the beer -- caramel, coriander, and lavender. Full and fresh-tasting, though. | 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 10, 2009 Pretty typical for an American wheat, yet for some reason it really hits the spot on a hot day. Thirst quenching? Yep. Maybe my mood made it more enjoyable that it really was, but I liked it.
The body is a clear golden color, small bubbles collecting at the bottom of my glass, and a tight white head sits atop. Aroma is sweet, light grass and honeyish. No noticeable flaws, but it was cold. Flavor is sweet, easy to detect the honey but I didn’t get any orange notes. Weak, but nothing that caused me to wretch while drinking it. Two of these went down pretty easy. Bamos (18), Florida, USA

Weak aroma, wheat and honey. Taste is also weak. Sweet, honey aftertaste. Strongly carbonated. Not a whole lot to this one. Taste is Budweiser infused with honey. I would sip, swash it around, wait, wait, wait for the honey flavor and when it finally came, no sir, I didn’t like it. Beardface (984), Eugene, Oregon, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Aug 8, 2009 For all intents and purposes, this is basically just your standard american pale lager with a big ol shot of honey at the finish. That being said though, it’s still a hell of a lot better than Blue Moon is. jjkuck10 (36), , Wisconsin, USA
