12oz bottle from Orchard Fresh, Orchard Park, NY. Hazy straw in colour with a tight white head; slight honey aroma; grainy body with a subtle honey taste that’s not too sweet; and a not unpleasant finish. Rather bland, but could have been far worse.

This beer is not totally useless. It is not the best beer in the world but it is definitely not w/o its good qualities. It basically tastes and smells like a lemon cookie. It has a clean, wheaty malt chaacter; it’s a bit sweet; and it has a touch of lemon. Despite the sweetness, vigorous carbonation keeps this feeling at least relatively light on the palate. Definitely, this is not a shining star on the craft beer scene but as far as "crafty" beers go, you could really do much worse.

Yellow light beer appearance. Aroma of a sweet bread dough. Sweet flavor, a little honey and citrus. Fizzy feel.

Poured from 12oz bottle, pours a clear light yellow with a thin bubbly white head, aroma is of light wheat and maybe a hint of fruit character, not a whole lot there though, the flavor has a really sweet front end with a strange metallic like finish, meh.

12 fl oz bottle. Pours a clear and golden yellow with medium sized white head. Sweet honey aroma with notes of malt and straw. Sweet honey flavour with citrus, malt and a light bitter finish. Light body, watery texture and soft carbonation.

Poured from bottle into a pint glass - Appearance – The beer pours a light golden color with a one finger head of pure white foam. The head has a decent level of retention, slowly fading to leave a decent level of foamy lace on the sides of the glass. Smell – The aroma of the beer is biggest of a grassy, clover, and lemon smell mixed with a light wheat aroma. Along with these smells are some very light honey and biscuit aroma as well with just a hint of yeast. Taste – The taste begins with a sweeter and crisp flavor with some wheat and a slightly doughy taste. The sweeter flavors are mostly of a honey nature, but also have some flavors of a more sugary sweetness. A bit of lemon comes to the tongue more toward the middle, with the wheat and doughy flavors lessening at the expense of a light biscuit flavor. With a light grassy taste coming to the tongue at the end, one is left with a sweeter but yet somewhat crisp flavor to linger on the tongue. Mouthfeel – The body of the beer is on the average side in terms of thickness and creaminess with a carbonation level that is on the average side. Both are rather nice for complementing the sweeter flavors all while keeping it more on the crisp and refreshing side. Overall – A bit on the sweeter side but actually rather crisp and refreshing and a pretty easy going summer style brew; just what it is meant to be.

12 oz bottle. Pours a clear golden color with a bright white head that fades quickly leaving no lacing. Light aroma of citrus and wheat. Almost nonexistent. Taste is also very light with honey, wheat, citrus (orange mostly), and a bit of malt. Crisp and refreshing. Quick finish of wheat and orange. Light body, thin texture, average carbonation. Not bad. Would be good on a hot day. But ultimately there are many, many better wheat ales out there.

Pours a clear pale yellow with a nice head. The lacing is average and is not well retained. Nose of Belgian yeast over a light honey sweetness with a touch of citrus. Almost medium bodied with a strong level of carbonation that imparts a nice effervescence on the finish. The flavor profile is that of a classic wheat ale, but is quite muted. Light citrus over light honey with just a barely noticeable touch of spice. Nice crisp finish that finishes clean.

Bottle. Pours to a light golden body with a thin white head. Aroma is light wheat and subtle cloves and coriander. The flavor is sweet wheat, light coriander, and subtle orange peel. Like a fresh orange. Light bitterness. Nicely textured. Clean. Medium light body. Well made.

Very citrusy--almost like a fruit ale. Other than that, the wheat flavor is very mild.
