Blue Moon Summer Honey Wheat. Tasted on 5/29/14 from a capped 12oz bottle purchased at Frugal MacDoogal. Pours clear pale orange with an average, fizzy white head that quickly recedes to thin lace. The nose is as advertised with honeyed wheat and a very light hint of citrus bitterness. The flavor is a bit more sweet up front, moving to a light citrus bitter component. The body is medium with full, fizzy carbonation and a short honeyed finish.

pours a pale yellow with quickly dissipating head. strong aroma of honey. taste has some citrus and other sweet fruit. a seemingly decent macro-brewed wheat ale. However, as it warms up, the finish resembles a typical macro lager with some faint hops. so-so session beer, but not particularly recommended.

Can. Pours clear yellow with frothy white head. Aroma is strong of wheat, honey, sweet, grainy, baking spices. Taste is crisp, highly honey on the finish. Not much going on but honey...

Known as Honey Summer Wheat Ale now. Great flavor, not overpowering. Very smooth with a very mild sweet undertone

Nice smooth beer. I like the citrus flavor and how the honey makes it sweet. The first time I had it I was not impressed, the second was much better.

12 oz bottle from Saubels. Labeled "Summer Honey Wheat." Too sweet and smooth for my taste. Hint of citrus.

"Having a couple of this summers blue moon reminded me of this one. Slightly sweeter from the honey, which is pleasant. Other than that, small differences. Not a bad summer ale, especially for BMC."
