Slightly hazy golden yellow color with a very thin white head. Faint aroma of honey and wheat. Malty body with a sweet honey flavor that has hints wheat and yeast.

bottle. pours glowing golden yellow, white lager-type head. honey malt aroma, light orange as well, not to memorable thus far...honey comes out in the taste, but other than that, it tastes just like blue moon. that’s about it here. it’s ok, and i’ll prolly buy it again, just to deviate from the macro standard wheat.

Tastes like a cheap American style pale lager with citrus in it...not a good attempt at a refreshing wheat beer at all. Bad

Bottle. I really enjoyed this one. Not much of a wheat beer, but I liked the honey and orange flavor. A bit sweet, butao good summer thirst quencher.

Pours a crystal golden color with a spicey, citrusy aroma. Flavor is light, a tap bit hoppy. Flavors of lemon and banana. Very light flavor. Not bad. A touch too carbonated though.

Situation: Working on some poetic lines, however elusive they prove to be... Glassware: Hoegaarden tumbler... Appearance: light copper body with bubbles clinging to every edge in the tumbler; white, fizzy, foamy head thins quickly--definitely filtered... Aroma: bright, sprightly cloveed and citric--nothing subtle here--and the orange zest (whether legit or additive) is alluring... Palate: a fizzy, zesty busy medium-bodied ale--a bit thin at the finish but present enough as the sip begins; set for "refreshing"... Taste: the lemony/orange citric zip refreshes; can this be an ale with zero hop presence? wheat is light, which means the flavor is too--intentional, yes; though the evening is not muggy or hot, it still works as Coors intended, yet this one should best the OG Blue Moon in taste, and I am not sure it does--plus, I’d rather have the real lemon or orange in the glass, not in the bottle... Overall: This finishes with an almost dish detergent lemon drizzle, and isn’t really slammable because it actually is slammable enough...

Sweeter than Blue Moon Belgian White, malty with barely noticeable (but present) hops. A very drinkable, average beer.

The pretty hazy pour with nice head is about the best thing I can say about this brew. I drank the 3.2% Oklahoma version, I’ll try the proper ABV out of state, as I enjoy the original Blue Moon. Sour and tasteless, left me feeling depressed. Sigh.
