| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Dec 23, 2009 Pours golden with a white head, taste is similar to regular blue moon wit but with less sweetness and a lighter body. Decent orange and honey sweetness, but overall not a beer I like to drink. poisoneddwarf (227), Rathdrum, Idaho, USA

I’m usually impressed by the honey flavor. I can barely detect any this year, however. It seems as Blue Moon grows in popularity, their beers get more bland. It’s like Coors is sacrificing quality in order to pump out more product. I’ve thought the same thing about their fall pumpkin ale for years. Years ago, that beer had a strong pumpkin pie flavor. Now I can barely detect any. And so it is with Honey Moon now. It has just a hint of honey now. Pours almost no head; pale hazy golden hue. Tastes like an inoffensive, bland wheat ale. junon (227), Honolulu, Hawaii, USA

This one came out of nowhere and slapped me in the face for a wake up call. Im liking this beer a lot granted partly due to not so high expectations. The nose has this creaminess to it that is hard to pin point. Its like this mild vanilla ice cream aroma. The same creaminess is present in the taste aswell. This beer is refreshingly crisp and it looks the part. EXCELLENT Summer time brew. I love it! jkaiser (227), Orlando, Florida, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Apr 20, 2008 Blue Moon with a dose of honey. Not much spicy and bite. Pretty yellow haze, 1/2 head, lite lacing. If you need honey in your beer, try this. Wegro (224), Fresno, California, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 20, 2008 Doesn’t smell so hot, kind of like a hefeweizen with something bad going on. flavor is nice but a weird sweetness lingers. the honey sweetness isn’t bad but there’s something grainy going on that i don’t care for. finishes pretty clean. i like it more than widmer hefeweizen. not bad at all.
