Pretty much an opaque dark red beer with a tidy pale pink head. Palate is crispy and fresh, semi dry. Smooth malt, light and a perfect base for the lovely light grape. Slightly winey with touches of red and black berry fruits. Finishes light and minerally. Drinks well below it’s abv. Honestly all these shit rates? Really? Are you guys sure you are not rating the brewery instead of the beer in front of you?

Deep purple pour with a pinnk head. Aroma is vinous, slightly malty, but very subdued. Flavor is muddled and strange. Really not a good beer at all.

750 ml bottle poured into my chimay challice. Pours a crimson color with a fizzy pink head that leaves light lacing. Smells of red wine, Wheat and coriander. Tastes like blue moon mixed with red wine. Mouthfeel is thin and oily with light carbonation and a semi dry finish. Only slightly better than Proximity but not by much.

Sample 2/13 (Binny’s Downers Grove)--Pours ruby with no head. Aroma of wine. Taste of wine. Interesting concept but something I am surprised made it to market.

Smells like wet sock, tastes like rotten grapes, the wheat certainly clashes, a lot more cheap wine character then wheat beer.

750 ml bottle. Dark red wine color. Pours with a pink head. First taste comes with the aroma of light wine and grapes. Then a flavor of beer and almost champagne. Then wine taste continues with an aftertaste . Best ice cold. ---Rated via Beer Buddy

From .750 l bottle. Cherry red with little head. Winey aroma, winey taste, not beery good. (Sorry - that pun was uncalled for, and just bad... but so was the beer.) Blue Moon with orange is a darn fine summer beer. BlueMoon on wine, not so much. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

750 ml. bottle- Pours a nice hazy ruby red with a thin light pink head that reduces to a collar. Aroma is grapes, musty overripe grapes, maybe wheat. Taste is fruity, cab sauv grapes really resonate, they could have made this more complex, but it doesn’t taste all that bad. The body is medium light and carbonation is medium. This is okay, not anything I would want a bunch of, but not horrible either. It does become tiresome after awhile, a 12 oz bottle would have been more than enough, and the grapes they used seem low quality, like the grapes that weren’t good enough to make wine out of they just sold off to whoever would buy them.
