750 ml bottle poured a hazy burgandy with a small lingering pinkish head. Aromas of red grapes, wheat, straw and light sour apple. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of wheat, straw, red grapes and light earthiness with a crisp dry lingering red grape finish.

750 ml. bottle. Pours a short duration, fizzy, pink purple head, over a clear reddish purple (SRM 17) body....nose is grape juice (not wine), hints of cereal......taste is grape juice (not wine), light hints of malt, finishing medium dry, with hints of bitterness....mouth feel light, carbonation makes for a soda pop quality. This is a failed experiment. The wheat components deliver nothing in the head, body, aroma or flavor in this "beer". The Cabernet Sauvignon grape juice dominates rather than adding subtle nuances to the overall presentation. The net result is similar to the "Malt Beverages" sold by the macro breweries. There is nothing to recommend this except as an alcohol delivery device. I will not do a BJCP type rating on this as it really is a brand new style of its own..

Bottle. Pours grape with pink purple head. Nose and taste of grape juice, wheat malt and hints of banana. Some metallic notes. Light bodied. Not very good.

Blue Moon Impulse 750ml bottle. Pours red wine color, pink fizz. Aroma of fermented grape juice, not vinous at all. Flavors of cabernet, wheat malts. Tastes like a wine with the body of a beer. Thin wine finish, very fruity. The very best out of the Blue Moon Wine-beers. (3565).

Pours reddish pink with a pink foamy head.aroma is papery bitter grape. Flavor is very artificial and has some weird spice notes. It finishes sort of dry,but I have no clue what is going on with this. IIt’s artificially sweet, and muddled.

Worse than the Proximity. Flat out terrible. There is nothing redeeming about a beer that tastes worse than bad wine. Awful.

Sampled from a bomber. Poured reddish amber with a pinkish head. Aroma and flavor were of wheat beer mixed with slightly skunked, rather sweet wine. Beer and grape juice ... thanks, but I’ll skip it next time.

Pours pale red with pink head. Smells like Cabernet and beer. Tastes like Cabernet and beer, neither high quality. Cab flavor doesn’t have the punch I love in wine, beer tastes kinda flat. Not a fan.

Bottle. Deep ruby red. Smells of grapes, sugar and wheat. Interesting. Better then the Proximity. Again... I appreciate the effort from the macros

This is shit. Blue moon that someone mixed in some old, stale ass box wine. I found nothing appealing in this beer. Poor effort, and I should have known better.
