Pours pale red with pink head. Smells like Cabernet and beer. Tastes like Cabernet and beer, neither high quality. Cab flavor doesnít have the punch I love in wine, beer tastes kinda flat. Not a fan.

Bottle. Deep ruby red. Smells of grapes, sugar and wheat. Interesting. Better then the Proximity. Again... I appreciate the effort from the macros

This is shit. Blue moon that someone mixed in some old, stale ass box wine. I found nothing appealing in this beer. Poor effort, and I should have known better.

Bottle. Pours a velvety magenta with a nose of cab, light cherry juice, grassy strawberry, and a touch of toasted vanilla. Flavor is an upfront rush of cab quickly tempered by a harvested bread and grass smorgasboard. Finishes clean and cabby. Average mouthfeel. Not bad; very interesting.

Deep red-pink-purple with publish head. Nose is Belgian wit wheat, coriander, and light vanilla with the addition of a mild red wine/grape juice aroma. Flavor starts again with the Belgian wit character that gives way to slightly sweet red wine. Fairly well attenuated with zero alcohol presence. Overall, a bit of a watered-down wine feel to this, but drinkable.

Iíd rather have a natty light. Tastes like Coors and red wine mixed together. A for effort. F for execution.

Pours a crystal clear cherry soda color with a minimal pink head. Has a sour funky bubble gum aroma. Taste is chardonnay to be sure, and it seems well balanced, but it has a thin texture with a sour wheat ale funk to it. Maybe itís just me, not the biggest fruit beer fan, but this is not particularly inspiring.

Bomber from the Vacaville BevMo. Pours dark and very ruddy. Beautiful. Like the grape color hung in there. No head to mention. Aroma is vinous. Or like that. It is unusual, but quite attractive. Med body. Not heavily carbonated. Initial hit was- oh no, this isnít going to be Welches? But a split second later it clearly was not, and the cabernet aspect was quite definite. If youíre a cab fan, youíll probably get a kick out of this. Itís pretty. Very good, considering itís a wheat beer. Very good anyway. My respect for Blue Moon just went up by leaps and heaps.

Pours ruby with a thin pink head. Clear. Nose is faintly wheaty, very fruity in a vinous way, astringent, flavor is sweet and faintly sour, slightly chalky mouthfeel, watery and a little oily, it is not very good.

The beer pours a purple color with a large pink (thatís right, pink) head. The aroma is very wine like. I get a lot of the cabernet sauvignon grapes, with a little bit of biscuit or wheat thrown in. The flavor is very similar. I get some fruity notes from the grapes, but there is also some tannic notes like you would get from a big cabernet. There is some wheat and other malt notes, but this is really all about the grapes. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.
