3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
750 ml bottle into a tulip glass.
A - Pours a crystal clear amber body. Two fingers of soapy off white foam forms and dissipates quickly leaving behind a thin edging. This sits completely still if left alone for a few minutes. Minimal lacing.
S - This really does capture the grape variety. Very sweet and floral with that unique tropical dryness that you would expect from the wine. Finishes with some harsh graininess.
T - Less winey than the nose. Sweet grapes with a bit of wheat and cereal grains. Lacks complexity as its actually quite boring. Washes away quickly with a finish that is almost dry. Crisp and well carbonated.
O - I was pretty impressed with the nose, but the flavor just doesn’t carry through. This beer is very approachable and I can imagine people who enjoy the wine could appreciate this beer. A solid attempt, but not very memorable.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle. Poured a clear pale color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with fairing. Moderate wheat and grape aroma. Medium body with a sticky texture and soft carbonation. Medium grape flavor with a medium sweet grape finish of moderate duration. This is a soft beer.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Clear yellow pour with large white head and a lot of lacing. Aroma of white wine (sauvigon blanc mostly), citrus, bready malts. Flavor of bready malts, white grapes (and wine), with a bit of watery mouthfeel. Interesting unique brew from a macro, though I would not see paying more than $3.99 for a bottle for this.

2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
2/13 Sample at Binny’s Downers Grove)-Pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma of wine. Taste of more wine than beer. This light bodied brew was not my style. Had too much wine.

2.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 4/20
Malty and fruity....large bubbles, weak head, and lots of grape juice flavor. Not as good as a standard lambing

2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
On tap at Cincinnati Winter Beer Fest (CWBF) 2013. Mostly clear golden color. White head. Tart, white grape nose. Some sour-apple. Wow. Taste is much worse than the nose. Very macro. Tastes... Like a sweet white wine. Wtf. Bigger body. Soft, medium / lighter carbonation. Slight macro-esque bite. Wow. Calling it "wine-like" is an insult to white wine.
