This beer while it has some quality flavors but the grapes are too acidic. The flavor has a nice white grape juice quality. But it falls short

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
The aroma is sweet with a wheat beer quality and only a hint of wine. The appearance is golden with a small head. The taste is like the aroma. The palate is average. Overall a decent beer.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Sampled from a 750 ml brown bottle this beer poured a pale yellow-gold color with a large foamy yellow-white head that lingered and left a bit of lacing. The aroma was sweet and tangy sugar, honeydew, white grapes and a hint of pepper. The flavor was sweet sugar, honeydew, white grape and a bit of bread. Medium length tangy bread and grape finish with a bit of booziness coming out at the tail end. Moderately full bodied. Decent.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
750mL bottle. Poured clear, bright golden with rising carbonation and a short, but well-retained white head. The aroma picked up sweet wheat, lemony notes, and sparkling grape juice.. buttery pale malts and honey beneath.. quite strong and sweet. The flavor found prickly carbonation, apple skins, and wheat on the tip of the tongue, with honey and sweetened grape juice following.. tangy wheat, cloves, and sweet vinous notes fought on the sharp-ish finish. Medium-bodied with fairly aggressive carbonation on the palate.. didn’t flow very well.. this was just OK.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
750. Very clear gold with a noisy white head. Light carbonation drifts up. A light aroma of wood, wheat, and vinous notes. The feel is much more vinous than beer with no carbonation. The flavor matches the nose and it is sweet with soft grapes and wood leading. If you like wine you will like this beer.

1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Took a flyer on this one because the experiment sounded interesting. It pours a light yellow with lots of tiny bubbles. No head at all here. Aroma is primarily grape juice or really young wine. The carbonation is good but then this white grape juice flavor takes over and does not let go. Not getting much beer here. Maybe a heartier style like a Tripel would have held its own against the sweet juice.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
From bottle. Light Belgian wit nose with a note of oak and white wine of some sort. Fairy faint nose. Dull golden clear with thin white dissipating head. Medium-light body with medium carbonation. Starts sweet, sweeter than Blue Moon. Notes of chardonnay or similar white wine, with mild acidic bite. Fruity, finishing fairly smooth with a bit of white wine profile and watery bitter after.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 17/20
While not a supporter of Blue Moon and Coors, I would be interested to see what a rater might think about this beer if they didn’t know who made it. While its not the best, it is much farther from the ratings given previously and I am glad to at least see a true effort to make a more unique beer (even if this particular style has been done by the folks at DFH etc).
Pours a clear golden color with an effervescence that settles off quickly. Aroma is a dry, musty white grape-pineapple sweetness. The taste is very much a hybrid of wine and beer with the white wine flavors (middle of the road as far as sweet vs dry) up front and the body embracing the malt of a beer (I can taste the signature of a blue moon underneath). Really not a bad beer and certainly these ratings reflect the company vs the beer.

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle from Capone’s with X-mas dinner. Poured hazy straw with minimal off-white head. Nose was wheaty malt, mild hopcitrus, vinous fruit. Tasted like a mix of low end white wine and Coors Light. Not much in the flavor or nose, and overall a big disappointment.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pours a clear pale golden with a robust eggwhite head that diminishes quickly. Plenty of small rising bubbles. Aroma is white grape juice and malt liquor! Taste is dry slightly sour white grapes and high gravity malt liquor. Some fusil alcohol in the taste and some warmth after the swallow. This isn’t terrible, but its clearly overpriced for what you get. $8.30 for the bottle should not be any higher than $4.50 for what you get. Assuming the pricing scheme doesn’t change, and why would it, this has been my last Blue Moon specialty beer. They just don’t have a good track record compared to most in the class this aspires to.
