COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
In the 1940’s, Belgian-Style Pale Ales grew in popularity and were ordered by the round due to their balanced taste. Rounder, our expression of this sessionable style, is crafted with hibiscus and orange peel for a hint of spiciness and touch of wheat for a smoother, rounder taste.

Malts: Pale, Imported Caramel, Imported Light Caramel, White Wheat
Hops: Cascade
Our Twist: Orange Peel, Hibiscus

Bottle at Drink Beer.. Help People tasting party. Color is an orange gold with good carbonation and a nice head. Aroma is a mild malt scent with a touch of yeast in the back. It has a medium body and a crisp mouth feel. Flavor comes across sweet with caramel, a faint banana and yeast note. In the after taste the sweet lingers on a bit. Overall its OK, drinkable but not worth seeking out.

Copper pour with tight off white head and lace. Aroma is breadiness. Light sweet malt start, with a touch of metallic, and a hinto tartness. Medium/light bodied with fizzy carbonation,.

Bottle. Pours amber with no head. Orange, bubblegum, and wheat in the nose. Flavor is some sweet fruits, sour grass. Ehh.

UPDATED: DEC 7, 2013 Just good enough to introduce us to Americanized Belgium style beer. Red light copper color, sweet caramel orange smell, light sweet taste with balanced smoothness, but lack of complex offered from those Belgium authentic, I still like this better than original blue moon.

Pour is a clear brown with a average white head. Aroma is malt and a very minor ester. Flavor is better with some caramel malt and you definitely get lots of the orange peel. Finish is clean an uneventful. It’s ok nothing special worth a sample I guess.

The appearance of this beer is an auburn color with a small white head, and the aroma smells like caramel malt and orange peel. The taste is mildly sweet, slightly sour, and a touch bitter; the palate combines a medium body, average carbonation, long offendingly sour finish, and a slick texture.

12 ounce bottle. This is probably an alias, but rating it just in case. Pours a clear copper color with a thin creamy tan head. Decent head retention. Aroma of, well, not much. Faint caramel and wheat. The taste is bready malts, nutty notes, stone fruits, a salty note and mild raisin and hops. Medium bodied.

12 oz bottle from my daughter’s sampler pack. Nose is caramel,a little citrus, and a very light note of the hibiscus. Lightly hazy copper orange with a medium, heavy lacing, long lasting beige head. Flavor is lightly sweet caramel, a hint of bitterness, and a little pepper. OK, not horrible, much better than an average pale lager.
