4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Blue Moon Rounder has a thick, off-white head, a clear, bubbly, amber appearance, a moderate lacing left behind on the glass. The aroma is rather faint, but one can pick up sweet, brown bread and maybe some slight spice or citrus. Flavor is of spicy, sweet, brown bread crust, citrus, some sort of spice, and sugar. Mouthfeel is medium, and Blue Moon Rounder finishes wet, refreshing, mellow, and easy drinking. Overall, this is an excellent offering. RJT

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle from Rite-Aid: Created a thick fluffy foam cap on top with dark copper hue below. Aroma smells slightly soapy and with only a minimal smell of malt and absolutely no smell of Belgian yeast. The drink is heavily watered down but does have a chance of sweet malts that bring about caramel characteristics. This is clearly a session Belgian pale ale style but I wouldn’t buy it again.

Pours more brown than copper with an off white head. Unsure what hibiscus is. It has an interesting feel on the tongue. Unsure if that is what they mean by spiciness. I am halfway through and really am just not enjoying this one.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
For a round beer with hibiscus and orange peel and blah, blah, blah (fill in your MillerCoors marketing blather here), Rounder is nothing more than a malty front end, bitter back end and not much in between.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Eh, a pretty normal unspectacular beer. Doesn't have the spice or orange that is claimed and finished in an unpleasant bitterness. Not the greatest of blue moons offerings.

This is a pretty unappealing beer. Smells and tastes stale and oxidized. Earthiness is dirty and bland.

12 oz bottle from the half case sampler pack purchased in Virginia. Many weaknesses and very little to justify a second round. Could have been much better.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
12 oz bottle: Aroma has got caramel malt characteristics, hopping is more subdued, and a bit of glassiness. Appearance is a dark amber/ redish pour with a medium head that doesn’t stick around for long. Taste is good balances malt forward, but the hop are more present in the taste. A bit of caramel and some orange peel round out this one. Palate is medium to low carbonation with a lingering somewhat malty aftertaste. Overall, Pretty good. Nothing to loose your head over. Cheers!

More bitter than the other offerings from Blue Moon, the flavors don't mix right for me.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
12 ounce bottle from a variety pack. Pours a copper color with a thin light tan head that fades. Taste is of caramel, malt, hops and spice. Similar aroma. Has a nice body with a spicy dry and a bitter finish. Rather enjoyable and easy to drink. Well worth having again and one of their better offerings.
