This Saison is ok, it has a pale flavor similar to Sam Adams Saison. Nothing exciting

GABF 09. I didn’t want to try this or even enter it now, but it is a saison. The worst saison I have ever had. Pours a very dull pale copper lifeless body and a soda-like head- fades to nothing. Aroma is syrupy sweet, honey, toast, metallic, DMS-laden butter, and just raw uncooked liquid malt extract. Flavor is also unfermented sweet malt extract- dms, creamed corn and cabbage water, metallic and sharp in the end- couldn’t take more than a couple sips- gross.
