2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Sweet for a red. Darker our than most. If strawberrys were bitter, this would be the beer. Average for men at best

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
This amber colored beer has a typical caramel aroma of a red. It has a slightly spicy aroma and flavor. The flavor also has a tart cherry essence which goes really well with the spiciness of the saison.

oh boy. Looks okay actually, big head rose gold hue. Aroma of burnt hibiscus and wheat. Tastes heavy grain sorta rye, some corriander, plying sweet, very slight sour of kool-aid perhaps and the planty nastiness of hibiscus. chocolate malt flavor is bizarre and gross. BLECH I hate hibiscus. Calling this half flemish is totally false. There is nowhere near enough sour. It is very obvious somebody just threw a bunch of random stuff in a jar and called it a day. DO NOT BUY THIS ABOMINATION!

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
[Bottle] Bright red pour with a slight haze to it. Caramel malts, sweet fruits and tart spicy notes in the aroma. Caramel, honey, tart fruits, floral notes, adjuncts and light pepper flavors. Kind of all over the place, but this ends tart and dry. Thinner body trails off quickly. Prickly carbonation. Ehh.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
"enjoyed" while waiting for my son to fall asleep, he had a headache. Then I came out and spilled my wife’s coffee everywhere, oh well. This beer was very bready and yeasty, the nose dominated with bread and yeast, a light fruit, perhaps peach or persimmon if I try to make something up. Flavor similar but more spicy than fruity, had a grainy bite like from a pumpernickel or other strong bread. Fizzy to the point of prickly. Too much bitterness at the finish. Not judging to style, but in what universe do they think they’re passing this off as a Flemish sour red? Maybe its a biere de garde. Mostly its just a Belgian amber.

Aroma wise it is complex...so much so I wouldnt know where to begin. Thats a good thing however with so much ingredients there exists a very good chance of disaster. Flavour wise it is so muddled that I cant seem to find any intricacies. Its all just melded into one pile of bleh. Too much going on.
