1 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 3/20
I’ve given up trying to find the jewel of cheap garbage that brewery’s label as "Belgian". Thinking maybe this might be a watered down saison and finding myself wrong again. Unfortunately I have 5 more of these strawberry soda colored turds to fight through before I go get a nice 750ml REAL Belgian of some sort.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Kneaded-dough aroma, a mix of slightly sweet tastes and an apple ale-style tart finish. A good overall combination.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a medium amber with medium orange hues. Aromas of orange peel, fruit punch, slight grass and light caramel. Flavors of slight fruit punch, slight coriander, and slight grass/hay. Light to medium sweet. Interesting aromas upfront of what resembles fruit punch.

Quite nice. Interesting color with a small head when poured. But very drinkable.

1.8 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
My curiosity has been piqued, so I bit.
This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a clear yet slightly hazy amber color with a one finger white sustaining foamy head. The lacing was kind of all over the place.
The smell, well that left a lot to be desired. However, I did get some sweet and tart strawberry. It did kind of smell like strawberry juice (fake strawberry, hmmm...it’s suspect at least).
The taste was sweet and tart again but added the element of "soured grapes."
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with what should’ve been sessionable but the tartness on my taste buds isn’t exactly accepting this too much. There was a long tart aftertaste and watery finish.
Overall, this wasn’t exactly a beer I’d come back to. Interest piqued and ended just like that.

0.8 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 1/20
Expressionist collection farmhouse red saison/Flanders style ale six pack from Kroger. This should have been a good beer - but it is a disaster. No aroma. No head. Very strong onion taste. Bleech.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Clear red color. There was head on my glass but I’m not sure where it went. There is a fair amount of burnt malt character but it isn’t too overbearing. Hay, wheat, peppercorns, faint tart at the end. Overall, interesting brew from BM, but it’s too pedestrian to stand out.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
A clear copper beer with almost no head. The aroma is earthy funk and grain. The flavor is nutty, a little bitter, and a little tart.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle. Smells like cereal malt, light berry, light sour notes, faint funk, and faint floral notes. Flavor is sour and tart fruit esters, dry malts, and faint hop bitterness. Light/medium body and medium carbonation.
