2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle. Golden color with a very thin white head. Grassy aroma with tones of citrus. Thin and watery texture with hints of coriander. Average carbonation. Nothing worth going out of your way for but still quite drinkable and refreshing if your in the mood for something light.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle from Kroger. Light pour with a big white head. Aroma is sweet, citrus, and a little zest. Taste is nice, refreshing, and almost tastes like sugar cookies with a light, bitter, citrus finish.

1.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
Bottle. Aroma was light citrus, some wheat. Flavor was very weird: oddly alcoholic, too sweet. I’ll pass next time.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Location: 12 oz bottle from Colonial Wine and Spirits, 3/27/12
Aroma: The aroma is pretty faint, with hints of wheat, malt and lemon
Appearance: It pours a clear yellow-gold color with a small head and no lacing
Flavor: The taste is more of the same, some lemon and wheat sweetness and little else
Palate: The body is light, maybe a little watery, with a mediocre feel, and an unappealing aftertaste
I know I’m probably late to the party, but it is so very exciting that they decided to replace the old Spring Moon with a new spring seasonal (sarcasm alert). Did they do a better job? Not so much. This one is unoffensive, but mostly because it hardly exists at all.

A nice twist (lemon peel?) on the old Blue Moon recipe for the Spring season. Simple and easy to drink.

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
~Slight tart sour wheat aroma with citrusy orange and lemon. Some spice.
~Pours very clear pale golden color with small lasting white head.
~Slightly sour wheaty flavor, minerally with light citrus. A bit bland.
~light crisp body, high CO2, very dry, dry quick finish.
~Really too dry to be a good thirst quencher. May go well with some spicy shrimp. A pretty boring brew.

Mild sweet wheaty character in the flavour it seems much sweeter than the regular blue moon. Average bodied palate. Decent thirst quencher, but simple and overly sweet. Decent on a sunny NOLA patio. Bottle from convenience store, NOLA

Sample at brewery. Doesn’t look like much. Has no weight. Finish was good. The green apples taste was really nice.
