2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Poured from multiple 12oz bottles - Quite disappointing all-around, but it does look nice. I actually tried this because I was surprised to find I liked the original Blue Moon. This is terribly sweet with nothing much else going on. Canít recommend.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Mostly clear amber pour with a large initial head that fades to a slightly cream colored ring. Aroma is caramel malt and sugar. Medium palate. Taste is quite sweet - notes of dark fruit/plum, some candied sugar, and caramel malt. Really not too bad, especially coming from Coors. Pleasantly surprised.

3.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
This beer pours a watery red color with a thick head that goes away nearly instantly. The aroma is somewhat unflattering, smelling of sugar and toffee up front with a caramelly wheat finishing scent. Taste is a bit better, notes of caramel and toffee up front with a stronger wheat finish than I expected with a bit of cane sugar as well. Overall not bad, I feel what is really missing to make this a true abbey ale style is the heaviness in the mouthfeel. Not bad at all

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
bottle this beer poured a caramel-amber color with a very large tan head. The aroma was sweet, tangy and a bit tart. The flavor was sweetish, tangy and had a hint of caramel but not a whole lot else. The finish was long and tangy. Nothing special.

3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Clear amber, small off white head, candy nose with faint malt. light carbonation throughout the drink, Slightly roasted palate with light malt. I like the Blue Moons realizing thay are what they are - nicely made and finished. They are not Belgians and we all know this. They are decent brews. Skol!

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Honestly the differences between this one and the other Blue Moons are pretty minute. Once again, smooth drink with a flavor thatís almost a tease; there should be something more behind it but there isnít. Almost like itís incomplete.

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Lighter and more watered down version of the delicacy of the blue moon empire. I guess there is a Belgian flavor in there, just kidding. But hey itís screw top
