Head is initially small, frothy, off-white, mostly diminishing.
Body is medium to dark amber.
Aroma is lightly malty (caramel), with a strong note of vanilla.
Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter.
Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly to moderately bitter.
Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation.
Hope you like vanilla...and LOTS of it...’cause you’re not gonna be smelling much else.

Jan 18, 2009 330 mL. Pours a clear, dark brown with a decent off-white head that settles down. Aromas of copper, roasted malt, fresh grass, and some soy sauce. Not a good combo. Taste is metallic and watery with an astringent/acidic finish. Very poor.

Mar 13, 2008 Bottle. Poured a small fizzy ivory head that mostly diminished, fair amount of lacing, transparent, fizzy, fast rising carbonation observed, and an orange hue. Nose was roasty malts, sweet, and lightly hoppy. Flavor was sweet, malty, sticky, gummy, and dry. Mouthfeel, was smooth, gummy, sticky, thin, and dry. Light in body. Nah, nothing special going on with this beer for sure. Not as tasty as their regular Blue Moon.
