Nice amber color with a white head that really froffs up. With your first taste, the back of your throat is head with a rather strong taste of vanilla but not too strong. Really quite a smooth brew.

Mar 13, 2008 Bottle. Poured a small fizzy ivory head that mostly diminished, fair amount of lacing, transparent, fizzy, fast rising carbonation observed, and an orange hue. Nose was roasty malts, sweet, and lightly hoppy. Flavor was sweet, malty, sticky, gummy, and dry. Mouthfeel, was smooth, gummy, sticky, thin, and dry. Light in body. Nah, nothing special going on with this beer for sure. Not as tasty as their regular Blue Moon.

Feb 4, 2008 Pours a bit cloudy brown - ok aroma and appearance - nothing special - Final verdict is I’d but this again...only if I’m desperate for a winter ale.
