Using five apple blend from the Walla Walla Valley, we added a splash of tart cherry. Our lightly carbonated cider has a refreshing taste balancing apple and cherry, sweetness and acidity with an unmistakable quality that will delight your taste buds.

Bottle from Cork Dorks mpls. Rose colored pour - no head. Nose is fresh apples. Flavor is outstanding - starts at effervescent residual apple sugars, mildly sweet, at the middle a moderate tartness comes in from the cherries that builds into a mildly puckering finish. Finishes dry with good residual fruit flavor.

Tap at Schilling Cider House. Clear red pour, rich cherry nose. This is a sweet cider, dominated by cherry flavors that somehow manage to be sour cherry despite the sweetness. It’s not a sour like Rev Nat’s Sacrilege, but it manages to be drinkable rather than cloying. Quite tasty stuff!

Bottle. Pours a deep, deep ruby red with no head and very light carbonation. Nose is red-wine like, with berries, cherries, plums, and a touch of sharpness. Tart on the front, with sweetness after; the cherry is pronounced, a deep, resonant fruit note that is marred just a little by a canned pie filling aftertaste. A little sour and metallic on the finish, but still quite vibrant. Definitely more about the cherry than about any apple.

bottle. Reddish with minimal head. Tart cider with quite a bit of cherry flavor. It’s just a bit too much of one thing for this to be more than average.

Bottle. Head is initially very small, fizzy, pink, fully diminishing. Body is dark reddish-purple. Aroma is notes of black cherry, light note of apple. Flavor is moderately to heavily sweet, moderately to heavily acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, moderately to heavily acidic, lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, syrupy/watery texture, fizzy carbonation, lightly astringent. The cherry completely dominates this, basically just smells like black cherry juice. But at least no flaws I can find. Quite sweet in the mouth, but very strong acidity as well so ultimately it’s pretty well balanced. Syrupy and fizzy mouthfeel. Not all that good, but quite a bit better than all the other fruit ciders I sampled tonight.

On tap at molalla brewfest - pours out clear ruby. Nose of apple and cherry. Nice taste of cider with tart cherry. Very drinkable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
