CaptainCougar (4637), Rockville, Maryland, USA Aug 23, 2008 Pours a transparent orange bronze with a thin-lacing wispy white head. Aroma of lightly sweet toasty pale malts and a touch of floral noble hops. Starts with a decent body and carbonation with pleasantly sweet notes and good bitter balance before a smooth finish. Pretty true to style and very drinkable. A nice lager. walter (359), Staunton, Virginia, USA Aug 2, 2008 Draft sample at brewery. Pale gold with white head. Aromas of salty corn chips, light malt, metal, and some grassy hops. Clean, bright flavors of all of the above, very mellow, with a slightly grassy finish. Very nicely done, and seems to hold up consistently in the bottle. dpjuart (555), Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA Jul 22, 2008 6/20/08 - Draft sample at brewery. Pours clear yellow with white head. Nose slight corn. Decent lacing. Nice, clean, malty lager with an abundant of of hop flavor, crisp and clean, slight bitter and corn. Tasty light lager. Palidor19 (1285), Brandon, Florida, USA Jul 22, 2008 This is good for a session beer, water seems kinda hard and the malts and hops are average at best, but the overall flavor is nice and refreshing. nick76 (2038), Tampa, Florida, USA Jul 22, 2008 The aroma is malty with a corn meal element and a hint of hops and cinnamon. The appearance is gold with a large head. The flavor is like the aroma and not good but not bad. The palate is watery. Overall not something I want to get.
