Dark Hollow aged in a second bourbon barrel (Makers Mark) with cacao nibs and Trager Brothers coffee.

Served on draft at the brewpub. Pours a dark brown color with a thin tan head. Decent head retention. Aroma of rich coffee and chocolate, roasted malts, whisky and vanilla. The taste is rich chocolate, cocoa, coffee, roasted malts, whisky, fruity notes and bitter hops. Medium bodied. Very nice beer.
