UPDATED: JUL 24, 2011 750 ml bottle into a flute. Bought at Super 1 in Rathdrum. My first cider rating. Pours an extremely pale yellow--almost as clear as water (close to hue-less, actually) with a large crackling white head that dissipates into a ring fairly quick. Aroma is tart apples and minerals. Smells like a Sauvignon Blanc. Taste is mostly tart with a good share of sweetness. There’s some sense of overripe fruit here, but mostly it tastes crisp and fresh. Carbonation is soft. Seems good to me, but I’m no cider expert.

On tap. Clear pale yellow with almost no head. Light green apple aroma with a touch of honey. Flavor is tart green apple with a light sweetness. Light body with active carbonation and a dry, clean mouth feel. Nice cider, dry and tart.

It looks super watery. It’s very light on the tongue. A bit of a tang to it. The dryness is long and pleasing.

Bottle thanks to mar. The look is clear, light yellow in color, and no head. The smell is apple, sweet, and not much else. The taste is apple, juice, and sweet.

Bottle thanks to Mar. Pours a very light crystal straw yellow. Aroma is a very nice, clean apple with some faint cinnamon. Flavor is nice, crisp apple with some light sweetness. Mouth feel is light body with crisp carbonation. Overall, a pretty tasty cider.

pale yellow with no head. nose is light apple with some vanilla. well carbonated and an apple flavor that is pretty refreshing but not much else.
