COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This crisp hard cider was created using our fermented "five-apple" blend made from apples grown in the Pacific Northwest. Lightly carbonated with a hint of tartness balanced with fresh apple aromas and sweetness, this cider is an easy to drink beverage that provides a great introduction to the world of hard apple ciders.

From a bottle at the tasting room. Pours a very light yellow with almost no head on it at all. Taste is pretty and crisp, like a lot of varieties of champagne. Taste is actually a little sweet and rather apply, and comes off more like a slightly carbonated apple juice.

On tap at Barrels & Bottles. Pale, clear, watery appearance with no head. A pretty basic, slightly bland, apple cider. Sweet and lightly tart with a light body and crisp carbonation. Meh.

Bottle. Virtually no head. Body is very very light yellow (almost colorless). Aroma is notes of ammonia, plastic, lime zest. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic. Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, unclean. Light body, watery texture, fizzy carbonation, lightly to moderately astringent. Hilariously awful. Nose is pretty much just chemicals and a bit of citrus zest...no apple character whatsoever. Nearly colorless, no body, fizzy, dirty aftertaste...well done, Blue Mountain, well done!

Draft at Scrumpy’s. pours clear like slightly murky water. Aroma is dentist office synthetic candy. Taste is Medical white grape

Clear light golden color/ no head. Sweet ripe golden apple, mild earthy aromas. Light bodied. Sweet ripe sugared up yellow apple flavors, crisp finish--not bad.

750ml clear twist off cap. Pours a really light golden with no head or visable sign of carbonation. Nose is a slightly sweet winey apple aroma with not a lot of depth or complexity. Crisp wine like apple flavor that is more on the sweet than dry side, albiet not by much. Light, easy drinking but a bit thin and simple.

Light golden color with a small head. Aroma of crisp & slightly sour apples with a bit of sugar. Flavor is mildly acidic with a sweet & sugary bite. Smooth and flavorful. Pretty good sweet-ish cider.
