Fresh pressed from our sustainably grown Winesap apples, this single varietal cider has a dry refreshing finish, with a hint of tart apple taste. Blue Mountain Cider Company is committed to environmentally safe growing and production practices, which is why all of our apples are certified Salmon Safe. Itís not only easy to drink, but easy on the environment. Cheers!

Bottle from Central Market.

Very light pour, clear with almost head but decent effervescence. Apples and dry white wine on the nose. Flavor teases with a hint of sweetness early but itís super dry from there on out, some apple skins, a bit sour/acidic, again like a dry white wine without the oak that usually accompanies such. OK but not something Iím eager to repeat.

22 OZ BOTTLE. Pours pale straw with some carbonation. Nose is of apples and Champaine. Body is full and crisp. Taste is very acidic with hint of apples. Finish is long and dry. Too acidic for my taste.

(22oz bomber thanks to bu11zeye) clear bright gold, good lacing on the glass. Nose is subdued, lightly tart, apple skin. Taste is quite tart, nice varietal of apples, like the taste, but not sure how to describe it beyond that.

Very nice drinkable cider, thats not too expensive. Dry finish countered by slight sweetness.

Clear very light golden color/ fizzy white head. Ripe yellow apple, spicy sweets, melon aromas. Medium bodied with average co2. Semi dry tart yellow apple flavors with mild sulfer, melon fruit, tangy tart finish--not bad

An amazingly clear cider. It looks like a crisp, clear and sparkling mineral water. Itís pretty snappy and very light on the tongue. Itís got plenty of sour dryness and has a real zing.
