Aug 22, 2007 (750ml bottle) Sampled at Ciderwinder 4. Courtesy of Oakes. Very light yellow. Nose of rotten cantaloupe, raw eggs and slub soda. Sweet dry apple flavour that recovers as it warms. All in all pretty weak.

Clear white wine colour. Smells farmy enough, with cow dung and apples and a bit of alcohol. Sparkling and actually quite soft on the palate with an apple-pear character not unlike Korean pears. Tart, with some complexity emerging late.
