COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This season’s incarnation of Nitro Ale is brewed in the Irish Dry Stout style, made famous by that certain brew from Dublin. Many folks are surprised to learn that this style of ale is quite low in both alcohol content and calories. The dark splendor of this roasty ale belies the exceptional light body and quick, dry finish. Served from the nitrogen tap for extra smoothness. 32 IBUs, 4.7% alc./vol.

Served on nitro at the brewery on 3/18/11. Pours a dark brown color with a medium sized creamy tan head. Aroma of roasted malts with a sweet finish. The taste is roasted malts, dulce de leche, nutty notes, molasses and a bitter hop finish. Medium-full bodied. Creamy body. Well balanced and quite flavorful. Nice beer.
