So this was "Long Winters Nap" aged on Makers Mark barrels with cocoa nibs. Pours hazy orange with a thin head. Big big chocolate aroma with sweet bourbon and just an incredible natural chocolate blast. the flavor has more chocolate, with light bourbon that compliments and supports the chocolate sweetness. Light yeasty base with not a ton of bitterness, even in the finish. Very delicious and incredibly unique. I’ve never had a beer this light in color with this much natural chocolate flavor. Really glad I got to try this.
