Thanks to Galen!!! Perfectly clear ruby pour, off-white head that dissipates quickly. Very tart cherry, sour tang, fades quickly. Quenching, poundable, kinda cool.

Pours a clear rose/ruby color with a medium lt pink head. Aroma has sweet and sour cherries...mild though. Flavor is tart and slightly yogurt with sour cherry that doesn’t dominate...like a cherry Berliner of sorts. Mouthfeel is light and the finish is dry with more tart mild cherry and yogurt. Pretty decent brew.

bubbleflubber (1832) - Asheville, North Carolina, USA - JUN 1, 2013
On tap at the 1st annual Asheville Rare & Wild Beer Tasting 2013, this pours a pinkish-cherry hue into the glass, with a wispy head that leaves suitable wispy lacing. The nose is fruity and has some yeast funkiness. Sour cherries to the tongue, with a unilateral finish of sours. The mouth feels a little thin on this one. Not a lot in the complexity department.

Draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear pinkish-red color with a thin creamy white head. Decent head retention. Aroma of tart dry cherries, pale malts, and a bit of a lacto note. The taste is tart cherries, pale malts. Lightly tart, thin bodied.
