Sampled at RBWG grand tasting. Pours a nice reddish brown color with a small beige head. The aroma and flavor had a big malty base, caramel, toasted bread, some dark fruit, with a light earthy bitterness and a hint of spice. Decent enough.

Some sweet baked apple. A touch of spice. Earthy hoppy finish. Hints of cocoa. Medium body, soft carbonation. Good stuff.

Everything is perfect in this beer . . . except no bock astringency? I cannot bring myself to decide wether this is good or bad. Very smooth!
