22 oz. bottle. Pours a clear dark brown that allows light to pass through with a moderate tan head that lasted until nearly mid-glass and left partial lace. Pleasant aroma of mild roast and malt and not much else. The flavor is malt with some very mild roast and a bit of molasses. Slightly metallic in the aftertaste. Mild bitterness at the finish. On the lighter side of medium bodied.

Bottle from Garden City Budverage Center. Very dark brown with ring and lace. Earthy leafy chocolate and coffee aroma. Mildly roasted chocolate coffee medium sweetness subdued dark fruit with earthy medium bitter dry finish. Rather full bodied for a session porter. Pretty good. And even though I voted for Jill Stein, who represents the 99% of us who don’t have our own SuperPac, thank god that douchebag (R)money didn’t win the election.
