Our Mosaic Session IPA is a light, straw-colored, West Coast version that showcases serious aroma. It features Mosaic, Simcoe, and Centennial hops that lend strong tropical fruit characteristics to a light body and dry finish. You wonít be able to drink just one Ė and with less than 5% ABV, you donít have to. Mosaic Session IPA is an homage to Blue Point Brewing Companyís storied history, a tale that is preserved on the original Tasting Room bar top that dates to 1997. Itís also one of the most personal beers weíve crafted in a long time. Like the brewery itself, itís been a work in progress. Our history is very much a mosaic Ė made up of a lot of talented people with a passion for brewing, and we think this latest brew is where our past meets our future.

Nice clarity a golden orange. Sticky head. Got this on draft. Soft floral aromatics with passion fruit. Not a lot of flavor. Thin and oily. Has some floral notes and pineapple. Taste fades fast.

Tap @ BurgerFi. Golden pour. Smells of tropical fruits. Very thin, very light. Tastes watery. Finishes with a hops tea flavor. (4301)

12 oz bottle from Giant Eagle in Pittsburgh. A nice mix of hops make this stand out from the rest. Tastes crisp and fresh. Not to be missed.

Decent session. Dark gold. Has an appropriately dank, fruity mosaic hop profile. A little heavy for as a session for me.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a dark golden color with a huge foamy yellow-white head that lingered and left good lacing. The aroma was pine and catbox with a hint of sweet malts. The flavor was sweet and tangy with notes of catbox, pine and more catbox. long catbox finish. Medium body.

Drank from a twelve ounce bottle from Bottle King, encouraged by my brother making a fine home brewed mosaic black IPA! This has very hoppy aromas of flowers and trees. I tastes light, silky, medium bodied but a poweful but not disgustingly hoppy!

Pours a clear Amber with a decent ivory head. Strongly hoppy aroma is mainly evergreen. Fresh-cut pone dominates the flavor, letting a malty hint through and leaving just a little bitterness. Texture has average viscosity but good fizz. Drinkable.

UPDATED: JAN 10, 2015 Underwhelming all around, pours straw color with faintly detectable hop aroma of grass. I feel like they went too far with the ísessioní theme, muting everything IPA in this to the point where itís not really enjoyable.

Bottle. Light to moderate malt aromas of grain and roasted, heavy pine, grapefruit and orange for the hops, light soap for the yeast. Head is small, fizzy, translucent white with slippery lacing and is moslty diminishing. Color is slightly hazy yet sparkling light amber. Flavor starts lightly to moderately acidic, then finishes lightly bitter. Palate is light to medium, watery with a fizzy carbonation. This beer has an awesome aroma, but because itís Session IPA you have to expect a lighter flavor.
